Ich konnte eine Stunde lang den Checkout (für je 1x KMS und Coincard) nicht abschließen, und als es dann ging war der KMS ausverkauft - "tolle" Sache !

Verkaufsstart war um 13 Uhr Estnischer Zeit: "SALE STARTS AT 13:00" KMS und coincards dürften also mittlerweile ausverkauft sein?! Ich kann aktuell keine KMS und coincards in den Warenkorb legen.

Konnte überhaupt schon mal jemand aus dem Ausland dort erfolgreich bestellen?

ja, ich konnte aber nur die Rollen der beiden aktuellen Ausgaben für 2018 bestellen, mittels Kreditkarte bezahlen und wurde auch mittels mail bestätigt.

Ja, ich. Ich habe die Baltikum-Ausgabe als Coincard und ein paar lose Münzen da bestellt.
Es hat alles (fast) super geklappt, ich glaube aber, die haben das "Paket" (großer wattierter Umschlag) zu Fuß nach Deutschland gebracht --> zwei Wochen ab Absenden bis hier Auslieferung.

Sagen wir es mal so: es war sehr schwierig, dranzukommen.
Von der ersten Minute an war der Server überlastet.
Ich habe eine Millisekunde glück gehabt. Aber direkt danach für Stunden war die Seite nicht erreichbar... Wegen Andrang.
100 Jahre Estland ist natürlich auch in Estland ein Thema.

Eesti Pank opened its doors on 19 February for four hours to present the two-euro circulating coin with a special design dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia in the bank’s Independence Hall. A total of 750 people visited the central bank.

The presentation of the coin in the central bank was part of the launch of the week of events commemorating the 100th anniversary of the republic. After an official opening ceremony at the beginning of Tartu mnt, where the Salvation Committee met exactly 100 years ago to draw up the declaration of Estonian independence over subsequent days, a procession moved to Eesti Pank for the public presentation of the two-euro commemorative coin.
