This set illustrates the evolvement of the Monegasque coins struck on the obverse with the Princes’ effigies, from the “Franc Germinal” of Monaco issued under the reign of Prince Honoré V, the old franc with Prince Louis II, the new franc with Prince Rainier III, to the actual Euro of HSH Prince Albert II.
