The Congratulations to a New High School Graduate! coin set includes one of each of the Finnish 2011 or 2010 metallic circulation coins. The coin set for new graduates also includes a commemorative medal which can be used to engrave personal information such as the date of the graduation ceremony.

The Congratulations to a New High School Graduate! coin set will be a nostalgic memoir of the graduate's jubilee year from one generation to the next. The coin set includes one of each of the Finnish 2011 or 2010 metallic circulation coins from one cent to two euros. The commemorative medal included in the coin set was designed by artist Hannu Veijalainen.

The new graduate coin set comes in a decorative folder. The folder depicts the student's cap cockade and the lyre of Apollo, the ancient Greek god of prophecy and education. A part of the inner page of the folder has been reserved for the names of the graduate and the person giving the present. The folder was designed by graphic artist Georgi Eremenko.
