AASFN hat geschrieben:The Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy began on the 8th December 2015, Feast of the Immaculate Conception with the opening of the Great Door of St. Peter’s, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the closing of the Second Vatican Council and it will end on the 20th November 2016.
It is an historic event for the Catholic Church, whose deed is to bring the Gospel of mercy especially to those who are suffering, alone and abandoned, without any hope to be forgiven and to feel being loved by God.
The 10 Euro gold proof coin dedicated to the Jubilee of Mercy represents a woman that gives something to drink and to eat to a poor man, carrying out the works of mercy “feed the hungry” and “give drink to the thirsty”.
